1. What this site does
thegalatali.com presents GALATALI's tailoring work and lets you contact us. There are no customer accounts or online payments on this site.
2. Data we process
Contact form. Name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a fitting or consultation. Submissions are processed by Webflow Forms on our behalf.
Anti-spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to block bots and may set a functional cookie.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Webflow and delivered through its content network. Standard access data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit may be logged for security and operations.
Fonts. Text is rendered with Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when loading them.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. If that changes, this notice and a cookie choice will be updated first.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner.
4. Sharing
Your data is shared only with the service providers named above (Webflow, Cloudflare, Google) to the extent needed to operate the site, and otherwise only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@thegalatali.com. Residents of the EU/EEA, the UK and Türkiye have the rights set out in the GDPR, UK GDPR and KVKK respectively; UAE residents have the rights set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
6. Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The current version is always published at this address.
